ALCOHOL: 13% Vol

Criomaceration of the grape and controlled fermentation
to 53-57 °F, with subsequent aging on its lees in
stainless steel tanks.


TASTING NOTES Clean, bright and transparent yellow
color with green hues. Complex nose, intense varietal
aromas of fresh hay, white fruits and a floral
background. Mouth is elegant, rich with balanced
acidity and a bitter finish that lengthens the taste.

pasta.


TECHNICAL NOTES Owned and leased vineyards in La
Seca, Serrada, Rueda, etc.. Soils low in organic matter
with abundant boulders in upland area with
north-south orientation at a height of 700-800 meters.
Continental-influenced Mediterranean climate with
long, cold winters and hot dry summers.
