Denomination of Origin: Ribera del Duero (Spain)

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo, tinta del país
ALCOHOL: 15% Vol
Aging: 24 months in French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Cherry red with ruby hues. Robe, deep and dark.
Complexity and subtlety. Autumnal red fruit with spicy and
salty. Plums, gs, hazelnuts and walnuts. Round and balanced,
very subtle on the palate, permeating to the nal.
In the mouth, ripe black fruit stands along with hazelnut
and walnut, balsamic developed. Wood quality, balanced,
which gives it spicy, with a pleasant nal saline. Tasty and
full all the way, lingering nish.


TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Selecting calcareous soils to give consistent wines, with
volume and complexity. Artesanal elaboration in French
oak vats. Intense and prolonged maceration. Malolactic
in oak vats. 24 months in French oak barrels.
Subsequent maturation tanks for a perfect assembly.
Natural stabilization without ltration.
